Yes, I'll greet your dog before I greet you. Also, I am someone who finds joy in life's ephemeral moments and think coffee, a can-do attitude and a dance party can solve most problems.

My journey began at The Valley School in the art village, where creativity wasn't just taught but lived. Growing up as a fuller-sized Indian girl, my mother taught me to transform traditional Indian textiles into a personal style statement. My grandmother's vintage silver college accessories became treasured symbols of feminine strength and nodes of my visual brand.

WAY OF BEING

I found my purpose at the intersection of design and business. I love art, languages, and people.

My path has been anything but linear. At 22, I led the turnaround of a luxury hospitality brand, learning that empathy trumps ego in creating memorable experiences. From designing TED stages to founding an experience design studio, I've discovered that the best innovations happen when crazy doers find harmony in chaos.

LEADING WITH LOVE

As a first-born daughter and a big sister, I'm driven by a commitment to supporting others on their journeys. Being raised by a strong mother gave me a north star: empowering women entrepreneurs and creators. This has served me well, turning most projects into sustained creative collaborations that endure years and geographies. Whether I'm teaching design thinking to opinionated teenagers or collaborating with founders, I strive to be the mentor I wished for in my early career.

From co-authoring children's science books to raising funds for displaced pets through sneaker sales during the pandemic, every project has reinforced my belief that true innovation happens at the intersection of culture and imagination.

Today, as a brand innovation strategist, I continue to navigate the space between heritage and contemporary, between wisdom and fiction, always guided by a simple truth: the best design emerges when we keep things deeply, unapologetically human.

I’m a three-time founder, currently leading brand innovation at Sapien Studio.
